We’ve built a home
that we wanted to dance in. From the start, Amy and Shannon had a vision for a place dancers could feel and treat like home. They knew that to foster creativity, love, and passion, you must have a space that houses people of love, and who have love of dance. That’s where The Dance House began, a dance home built from the ground up.

For the dancers who love a theme, want a condensed course, or some extra fun, we hold camps each summer for a variety of ages.
As you learn more about us you will come to find that The Dance House prides itself in providing quality in all we do for our students and families. The Dance House can provide your dancer with so much more than then just a top notch dance education, we offer friendships, experiences, and memories that will last a lifetime.
We are more than just your average dance studio, we are a dance family.
Our beautiful 5200 square foot facility on the south side of Medina (Rt 57 and River Styx) is home to the experienced, award winning staff at The Dance House and hopefully you too. We have 3 state of the art spacious classrooms, with professionally installed sprung floors, shatter proof mirrors, Bose sound systems, 17 foot high ceilings, viewing windows, and exposure to natural light.
Our staff has the passion, skill, and creativity to accommodate all of your dancer's needs from the recreational dancer to those wishing to pursue a career in dance, we aim to challenge and inspire you.

Our highly trained instructors have a multitude of experience (combined over 60+ years) and continue to train and educate themselves with top industry professionals on a regular basis.

We specialize in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical/Contemporary, and Hip Hop. The Dance House regularly brings in guest and master teachers to broaden our dancers training and versatility.
Only minutes from Wadsworth (Rt 94) and Medina (Rt. 18) on Wadsworth Rd (Rt 57), you have likely seen the new building going by, on the east side of Rt 57 near the corner of Styx Hill Rd across from the River Styx Market.
